There are fashion pairings we get. And then there are those that will keep us scratching our heads for many moons to come. Such is the case with the latest fashion itch we've come across: Fergie Ferg and Karl Lagerfeld. The designer shot the *ahem* duchess for an upcoming 8-10 page V spread, according to WWD. The shoot took place in Paris and will appear this fall in the magazine.
