7th on Sale Begins Today

What's the big idea?

Starting today and running through December 6, fashion is on sale. Hundreds of designers (think 3.1 Phillip Lim, Ebel, Lanvin, De Beers, DVF (natch as she's the CFDA president), Anya Hindmarch, Dior, Dolce, Rebecca Minkoff, Marni, Missoni, YSL, Christian Louboutin, Goldenbleu, Prada, Burberry and basically every other designer you could possibly dream of) have offered their wares for auction on ebay as part of the CFDA sponsored 7th on Sale. Bids start at just 10% of the retail price - with 100% of the proceeds donated to providing care, services and housing for those living with HIV and AIDS.

Currently, the pickings are somewhat slim although there is a great Mulberry Emma bag and Temperley Voyage but the site will be updated daily with new arrivals being added as the sale goes on.

Additionally, for those in NY, 3 live sale days will be held at the 69th Regiment Armory on Lexington Avenue at 26th Street on:

Friday, November 16th
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday, November 17th
10:00 AM – Noon, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Sunday, November 18th
11:00 AM – 02:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

In addition to all this feel goodery, the M•A•C AIDS Fund is matching every dollar raised at the auctions, up to $500K.
