Meet the Cartier Perles, a soon-to-be introduced timepiece in Cartier's Libre watch collection (ironic, no?). With 389 diamonds (a total of 2.9 carats) set in 18K gold and two pearl embellishments this striking watch is sure to steal some spotlight.

The watch bows at the SIHH show in Switzerland come April. On a sidenote, H&B much rather have 400 diamonds on a watch than a cellphone. We're just saying...
