One of H&B's ab-favorite designer's Rachel Roy, will be launching a diffusion line, Rachel Rachel Roy, for Macy's come Fall. "Iʼve always wanted to do a clothing line that had designer sensibilities, that really respected the art of design and the thought behind design," says the designer.
